TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Transit Time: Our standard shipping time within the United States is approximately 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that this estimate excludes order processing, which typically takes about 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied to all orders, regardless of the order amount.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 4 PM will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders submitted after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.
Handling: We take great care in packing and handling your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This process may take 1-2 business days.
TRACKING
Order Tracking: Once your order is en route, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available in the system, so your patience is appreciated!
Tracking Issues: If you encounter any issues with tracking your order or have not received your tracking information within the specified time frame, please contact our customer support team at support@heavenheightsllc.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@heavenheightsllc.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund promptly. However, if the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, we will assist you with the return process.
